Focus « Queer Rock » This year the Pink Screens is more rock-n-roll than ever with an explosive opening weekend: a call to push aside conventions with the very rebellious girlzz Itty Bitty Titty Committee, an adolescent story of « sex-drug-and -rock-n-roll » from GLUE, Hedwig and the Angry Inch remade by prestigious guests in Follow my Voice, an open book for Pauline Baudry of the feminist queer group Rhythm King & Her Friends, all accompanied by energetic and impeccable original soundtracks. And do not forget the classic cult Rocky Horror Picture Show at midnight. For this last film, come with your boas, and rice , newspapers, water pistols, pocket lights, plastic gloves toilet paper, confetti, playing cards, toast, bells, paper hats and « don’t dream it, do it ».
